The first solar panel we got was defective, but they sent us a replacement for it with no problem. The new solar panel works amazing. It’s such a lovely addition to our yard. We enjoy its ambience. The birds use it and enjoy it. We’ve even watched some birds drink from the little fountain water falls. Great buy.

This fountain started out great. Suddenly and for no apparent reason, the pump quit despite the solar panel being in full sun, the water level being adequate, and the pump being clean. I have emailed twice with NO RESPONSE and it’s been more than 30 days so no ability to return. 1 star is being nice.

The media could not be loaded. It worked once I let the solar panel charge for an hour, unplugged from fountain. Looks and sounds great. It was easy set up.

Great product! Only short coming is I wish it had a water holding tank because hot days will evaporate the water very quickly other than that my wife absolutely loves it!

I like the appearance and it was easy to assemble. However, it doesn’t perform that well. The pumps do not always work even when the sun is shining directly on the solar panels. I have mine for two months and no longer works

Would recommend, the solor panel really allows water to flow and the sound is wonderful. Easy assembly and also easy to clean. Solor panel also has a off button.

This product is listed as being made of strong material, I just had mine delivered today. I opened the box and as I carefully took out the parts, I got to the top most part.... Or part of the top most part. It's shattered and unusable.I've contacted the seller, will update this review if they make it right.I'm disappointed to see sellers shipping broken junk like this.
