It uses the same amount of regular sugar and tastes good.
It is an excellent alternative sugar for people with diabetes.

Good artificial sweetener without any unpleasant aftertaste
This brand sweetener does not have any aftertaste that we can detect and works nicely in my baked goods. I was using Splenda brand sweetener, but my wife says it has an unpleasant taste (I could never detect anything, but she could), so I decided to try this brand. It does seem to have the same level of sweetness as Splenda and mixes well with other dry ingredients. I like that it's erythritol free and by using Monk fruit mixed with allulose I feel it is a healthier alternative than other options. Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to cut down on sugar in their diet.

A healthy alternative in my opinion
I switched from erythritol-based sweeteners to allulose about a year ago, and I am happy I did. Although I tolerated erythritol fairly well, it took a while to get there, but allulose has not given me any gastrointestinal issues that I'm aware of. I have used it for baking and for sweetening my cereal, and I am loving it. Actually, allulose on its own is quite good, but this combination of erythritol and monk fruit is what I really love.

Good Sweetener!
This is a tasty sweetener, but expensive. No erythritol. Expense is why I knocked a star off. This has a 1:1 ratio. So 1 cup of sweetener equals 1cup sugar. Zero calories. May need dissolving in hot water.

Addressing Some Issues
I recently cut sucralose out of my diet and have tried several different iterations of "substitute" sweeteners. It's hard to do because everything I can get locally seems to have erythritol in it and I don't want that either. So far, the monk fruit/allulose combination has been the best I've found. Here are some things I discovered: 1. If you've been using other sweeteners, it takes a few weeks to retrain your taste buds to recognize the sweetness of monk fruit/allulose...at least it did for me. When I first tried it I thought it wasn't sweet at all...certainly not 1:1. When I first made the switch, it took five heaping tablespoons to make my coffee almost barely sweet. However, after a few weeks I was down to 4 rounded teaspoons. Now that's starting to taste just a bit too sweet so I'm starting use less. 2. Digestive issues. When I was using sucralose (Jordans Skinny Mixes Strawberry Rose) I went from drinking unsweet tea to sweet tea. I became addicted to it! Thank goodness they discontinued it! I was drinking a LOT of Strawberry Rose sweet tea and started having some digestive issues which I would never have attributed to sucralose. However, those issues have cleared up now that I'm not using it. I read a number of reviews that said monk fruit/allulose was causing digestive issues. I've not had that experience, but I'm not using it a lot either. Just in my morning coffee as I'm now back to unsweet tea. It may be a quantity thing. Or maybe some people can't tolerate it. Bottom line is that it works for me. I'm pleased that I can have sweetened coffee in the morning without some weird aftertaste or other negative gastro effects. I'll be incorporating it into my baking next. That will probably be a learning process too.

Good sugar substitute! Buy!!
The ONLY sweetener I use which was actually the same one my doctor uses. In my coffee, in my baking. This is my 5th bag in a year. Dissolvable, good taste

Expensive!
A disappointment. Not sweet like "sugar ratio" I hv to use 1 full tbls for oatmeal, still hardly sweet. I tasted it plain on finger, not sweet. Super expensive for the hype of sweetness. The monk/erythritol was much sweeter, but hurt my stomach. This monk/allulose not sweet but ok on my tummy. Im a diabetic & have graves disease, im learning to have bland food:( just to control blood sugar. I'll have to try straight monk which is super expensive.
