asked before I bought if it was silver -it wasnt its a grey metalic colour instead hence the 4 stars and it looks painted - good price and build otherwise but will have to colour it to suit. picture does not reflect the true colour

The product is of superior quality in comparison to the price. However, the best bit is the quality of the customer service. I've bought lots of things online but the extent to which they are prepared to exchange and generally assist the customer is frankly unrivalled by any other supplier I have used! I have now received my mirror and I am very pleased with it It was late due to a warehouse closing over christmas and new year and was contacted by mirror outlet by a member of staff who have apologised and refunded my delivery charge as a goodwill gesture

Lovely mirror but not silver .

Ordered on Thursday delivered following Monday, I was pleasing with that service. Really nicely made, I can't find a fault. Not overly silver in shade, would have liked a bit more silver that's why 4 stars, but would be happy to give 4.5 stars
