An amazing introduction into the world of custom form factor keyboards (Sea Salt Switches)
I had my eyes on this keyboard for the longest time after coming across it from a randomly suggested youtube short Just from the classic PC Cream aesthetic alone I was sold on this Keyboard. All I can say is, this thing has been an absolute joy to own and use as a daily driver for gaming and productivity, while maintaining most usability you get from a full size board. I will preface this with that I came from a Corsair K95 Platinum, which I used for the better part of 6 Years (to which it is still going strong) Here are a few of the enjoyments I had while using this keyboard: -The unboxing experience was very pleasant and the item is very adequately packed, I had no worries about the screen or any parts being damaged -The typing experience, wow! when I first brushed my fingers on the keycaps and did some sample typing, I was BLOWN away at how unbelievably smooth and soft to type, as well as the noise level being almost non existent, you might hear the online term 'thocky' get thrown around in custom keyboard circles, and this was really no exception, an out of the box board, they feel incredible, which is the price of admission alone. -Build Quality is sturdy, a very strong plastic frame with no wobble or flex, all of the buttons and keys fit well with minimal wobble, the included cable is also of great quality, and is not soldered into the board, making it very easy to remove for wiping your desk or the board down itself, additionally, it features a wireless mode -The RT100 Still retains the numpad, it was very hard to find a smaller factor board which didn't also maintain most of the keys, this 96% board is still one of few options on the market -The included screen is indeed a unique and cute addition, allowing you to display basic system information as well as a gif/picture of your choice and the date and time, very handy when you want to check without tabbing out of your game or fullscreen application. With that said, there were some use cases I encountered with this board which weren't ideal Cons: -RGB: It's not that great, even on the brightest setting, it is really is quite difficult to make out in the dark, I found using Green worked best, additionally the way to assign the RGB and effects inside the software is a bit cumbersome. -This keyboard will work for gaming, but it is not ideal: The spring tension of switches is quite high and I dont expect them to loosen over time, you will find your hand begin to strain after a short amount of time due to the force required to fully depress the switches; The board does actually have a feature inside the software to adjust the actuation distance, to which I set it to the lowest of 1mm, but the smoothness of how the keys move up and down make it difficult to tell if you have bottomed out the key or if you want to quickly reactuate it after letting go. This will hinder your movement and responsiveness in faster games, I won't use this to discredit the board however as I dont think it was ever marketed for gaming. Further to the previous, with the board laying flat, it remains at quite a steep incline, your hand angle will be quite sharp when trying to use the wasd keys and will accelerate the strain on your hands, furthermore, due to the 96% layout, you will struggle to find a wrist rest that matches the width of this board exactly. -ANSI Layout: I've no Idea why amazon UK is selling the ANSI (American Layout of the board) you will also lose access to some symbols, the smaller enter key, and I find I have to switch between USA/UK Layout inside my OS to access the symbol I want on the same key. Neutral: -Software: The 'Epomaker Driver Software' is overall quite good, offering customizability in almost every aspect of the board, but the UI mostly leaves a little to be desired, I encountered an issue when uploading a gif, the screen was flashing white towards the last frames, this is very distracting and will catch your eye when trying to focus on your screen. -Adjustment time: You will indeed need some time to become more familiar with this board, the compressed layout means you will fat finger keys a lot more until you adjust if coming from a 100% board Overall, this keyboard is an awesome introduction to the world of higher end mechanical keyboards, the typing experience is the best I've ever felt, and I expect this to be a gateway into even more custom high end boards.

super cute, super quiet, worth it!
the video doesn't do it justice, but the sea salt silent switches are SO silent and satisfying. I did a lot of research into this keyboard as I was finally switching from my noisy pink razer green switches. it was a big change and one I had to adjust to, moving from tactile razer green switches to these linear ones, but wow do I recommend it. Feels great! They're super silent (again the video doesn't do it justice. They sound quieter in real life). The software is a little laggy at times but I've had no other issues - little screen is super cute too and worked perfectly! I haven't tried Bluetooth so I can't comment on that, but wired mode works perfectly. The knob is a cute feature but I'll admit I forget it's there! Wanted this keyboard as a numpad is essential for me. If you're debating switches, go for the sea salt silent ones - absolutely love them. This colour is also really cute and it's super easy to remove the keycaps if you want to swap any over!

Good price to quality ratio, but lacking experience at times.
The product is good, but has a few pros and cons that need mentioning. Pros: nice build quality for the money, the screen is a nice gimmick and the silent switches are quite pleasant to write on (read many online reviews about them being bad, I am quite happy with them), plenty of features. Really nice quality USB cable. Cons: the software is quite buggy, took many attempts to connect the mini-screen, often freezes and works sub-optimally for what I would expect at this price point. The battery life is quite poor, battery needs charging after maybe 24h of use. The customization options are good, but not perfect and there are a few things (like complete remapping of the keys) I would prefer to be able to do. Quite good overall, not fantastic though.

Great keyboard
The keyboard is great! It's very weighty but I don't mind this as it feels great quality. Excellent responsiveness of the keys. The brightness of the LEDs are also fab and you can customise this in the Epomaker app on your PC. The key switches can be changed to the noise level of your keys can be customised. I switched mine out for some silent prestige switches and it sounds so much quieter (so you can customise to what you prefer). The keycaps are also great and feel so retro! Again customisable too. The screen is a great addition and you can add some gifs or photos. The screen did stop working however, but Amazon kindly refunded. The keyboard itself still works as well. The keyboard in my opinion is excellent value for money and the quality is great in my opinion, minus the mini display issues :)

Looks Great, Feels Great
Easily the most comfortable keyboard I have ever used. The key throw is just about perfect, provided that you do not type too fast as you'll clip an adjacent key if you're not careful. Love, love, love(!) the clicky noises when in use, most satisfying. The bad, had it a fortnight now and it looks like the battery is fried. The battery life was a lot less than expected right out of the box, but today; unplug the charging lead and the battery indicator is showing 3/4 after 10 minutes. Would try and send it back but Amazon screwed me so many ways on the delivery of this thing that I ended up cancelling my Prime subscription. Its too expensive for what it is, you can get a clicky, compact Bluetooth keyboard for half the price. Try one of those instead.

Dessa ljus blöder dessutom in i andra färger. + Använder man inte mini-displayen så tycker jag det går att dölja snyggt med medföljande plast-panel.

I can’t find a fault in this keyboard. I really can’t! It was probably 5 years ago, I was told to move on from my cruddy old standard membrane keyboard to a “proper” mechanical one, so, that’s what I did! Now I’m at the point where I’ve used mechanical keys of all purpose. Clicky and tactile, Quiet and tactile, Quiet and linear “bumpless”. I can say for sure, mechanical is an improvement from those cheap keyboards we were used to buying for $20 from the nearest electronics store. So. Why are companies coming out with opto-mechanical “electro-capacitive” switches? Now that’s a good question that I’ve been asking myself. The first thing I did after hearing about these “NiX” switches is, of course, being internet savvy, I contacted some friends and asked around to see if anyone had first-hand experience... I got lucky. This friend of mine went on about how he was into the mechanical keyboard and hotswappable keys hobby, and how he got a NiX keyboard not long ago. He said confidently that they are his favorite keys. His answer left me very intrigued. I have been using linear switches at this point in time, and I was annoyed that the short activation made me mess up when I use my keyboard for typing. I like the linear feel for games, but the “tactile” feel gives the most honest feedback. So, going out on a limb to say these keys would give me the best of both worlds, I pulled the trigger on getting this board- and boy, did I make the right choice! I can’t express how pleasant it is typing on this board. I find myself making fewer mistakes while writing essays about whatever the current topic is in my online communities. I find the auditory and touch sense of this board to be synchronized in a way that it really is a “jack of all trades”. I can game very well with it and typing is, dare I say, perfect! Now, I didn’t know how well a “opto-mechanical” keyboard’s build quality would be, but this is above the standard of most high end mechanicals I’ve had the pleasure of owning/using! I love that it has a dual-option tab set for different board elevations. It wasn’t something I noticed at first, but I saw it and thought “wow, that’s clever”. It’s the little things I guess... After figuring out the few exclusive functions I could do in this keyboard I really fell in love with it. One common issue I have when I run my PC when I’m away is having to worry about the keyboard getting pressed by accident and doing something I don’t want it to do. Instead of having to unplug it like my old board, I can simply press the button next to the escape to disable the keyboard. It makes sense how this could benefit a cat owner. All in all, I adore the layout, feel, proficiency and quality of build with this keyboard. If you have been looking for a quieter keyboard than pretty much any available mechanical, this is quieter! If you are interested in quiet keys but don’t know if you want tactile or linear, this really is a good in-between. I couldn’t suggest this keyboard more, for the value it is awesome and strikes confidence in buying other Epomaker gear in the future. This company seems to really be making a name for themselves and are punching above their weight value to value versus other reputable brands.

The color scheme of this keyboard is one of my favorites. Its one of the few light color combinations that i actually like. Key quality is pretty good, the RGB lighting is nice and bright for me, and i can turn it down if im using it in the dark and the light becomes too much for my eyes. For its size, the keyboard is a bit on the lighter side, which is fine. Battery life is pretty good if youre using it in BT or 2.4Hz mode. The switches that i got with them, the pink wisteria tactile switches, feel very nice. Not too heavy of bump, and typing with it is a breeze. The noise it makes is a bit ont the higher pitch side, so if you are looking for a keyboard with a deep thock, then you would need to do a bit of modding to it, but its a great buy regardless. Since this does has a few switch options, i do recommend familiarizing yourself with their switches beforehand with a tester of sorts in order to make sure you have the feel/sound you want

A great, quirky, but quite flawed keyboard at a decent price Cons - the screen is an absolute gimmick and serves no real function other than for asthetics - poor execution on the software front, the screen could be used for so many things like monitoring CPU and GPU temp but no software support for anything further than gif, time, temp for your city, CPU usage - a lot of things for the screen are broken on the software side and requires some research to fix (unable to set time, unable to see temp etc) - not great value for rrp, diy keyboards with metal frames could be had for similar money - scratches and poor QC on the screen as show (returned the damaged one and all good on the second one) Pros - the screen looks great and unique despite its flaws - great thock even compared to my keychron Q5 Pro - the wisteria linear switch is a must have, feels smooth and sounds creamy compared to the other offerings - good connectivity options and features - good quality key caps, decent LED brightness Personally I really enjoyed the keyboard despite all of its flaws, I returned the first but bought it again and Im glad I did. I got this on sale and for the price of AUD160 and there isnt much out there around that price that offers this level of uniqueness and quality. The screen once all set up looks great and keyboard has some great thock. Sadly this keyboard could have been much much more if only the software was better.

In the last 10 years that I’ve been gaming on pc, I’ve dreamt of the perfect keyboard and I think I found it! The colour is absolutely beautiful and one of my favourites! The creamy sound of the Wisteria tactile switches are *chefs kiss*. 😙🤌🏻 The lighting customisations are to unique and makes for the perfect layout of your dreams possible! And the mini screen is just the added touch and is SO cute! Also, if you purchase this keyboard and you have issues with the mini screen (backlight comes on but it still black), unplug the mini screen, uninstall the firmware, reinstall firmware, run as administrator, update firmware twice, change to a new keyboard layout, and plug screen back in! Should work perfectly! Took me less than 5 minutes to have everything set up!
