Chair is exactly as advertised. Excellent Chair at great price.
Chair came on schedule; Packaging crate was damaged (something placed or fell on top) however inside the chair was protected and in original condition. The seller sent two video's to help with installation. Everything except attaching the main beam can be done with one person. Chair went together easily all the parts fit together with no damage noticed. Chair came wired for 3 monitors, I opened it up and placed 2 more cable runs because I have two computers running on three monitors so I can switch screens when needed. The multiple motors allow me to get into almost any position without issue. The only thing I noticed that would be nice is an auto memory feature. Would be nice to have a button that returns the chair to default position and allows one or two saved preset position. The seller was responsive to questions and helped me throughout the build process. Would absolutely buy from this vendor again.

This thing is amazing
Worth every penny. Makes my work day so much for comfortable. I had spinal fusion almost 2 years ago and I work from home so I decided to give it a shot. It’s heavy and getting it upstairs was tricky but man is it amazing. You won’t regret it. Seems to be really good quality parts and materials.
