Q: Did you feel this DVD help you burn calories and shape you?

The DVD wasn't what I was expecting. I was expecting more of a jogging experience. This is a jump up and down with both feet as on a regular trampoline. I personally didn't like the video, but as I said, it wasn't what I was looking for. I can see how it would burn a lot of calories tough--I found jumping with both feet on a small trampoline quite difficult--I just wanted an indoor, low impact trampoline exercise.

Q: how long is the workout?

The entire workout is about 65 minutes, but the last 20 minutes or so is different. You are no longer standing and jumping. It's more like floor exercises using the trampoline. I really don't like that part, so I don't do it.

Q: Can you use any trampoline or do you have to get a JumpSport one?

Q: Can I buy this and download it digitally rather than getting a dvd? I don't have a dvd player, just a laptop with no slot.
