The bears are made from solid ABS plastic and are painted with nontoxic paint. The figures have nice detail and are heavy and stand on their own. The standing bear has a little extra plastic behind the left foot, that seems to be used to help the bear stand upright without falling over. I cannot see the extra plastic piece behind the bears foot when placed in the planter but standing on a table you can see it. I am using this set in my larch forest bonsai tree planter; the bear set looks nice amongst the trees and defiantly adds that little extra to this scenery.

These are very Nice bears. Our favorite is the one posed on his hind legs like he's about to spring. They're solid, hard plastic, much like Schleich animals. They won't be breaking from rough play.They're hand painted and super realistic looking. We love that no two bears are in the same pose. A lot of fun for any animal lover! Highly recommend!

These are so adorable. They are made very well and are able to be dropped without being broken or getting blemished. The size is perfect for our plant display and the bears can stand up without having to lean on something for support.Love them!

I love these animal toys that are hand painted. They are so realistic looking! We try to get as many of them as possible because of their quality. They are well made and sturdy, built to last a long time!
