I don't have kids, but if I did they wouldn't be getting mountain sleeping bags for hundreds of dollars, they'd be sharing this thing. It's huge and durable. Packing raises a problem because it's gigantic, in the stuff sack will fill an entire suitcase. It barely fits in the washer but does so without a problem (side loader). The fabric could be improved it's a bit rough. But overall great investment. Mine is on the couch right now with 6 cats.

Quality is good, kept us warm. Great for one. Just about Fits a queen bed on top. (We used in an RV on the bed, hubbys preference.) I slept in nylon leggings and he used sweatpants. Inside the sleeping bag, Nylon easier to move about, sweatpants not so much.

The bag is great! However I expected the travel pillows to be a bit bigger than what they actually are. Let's just say if you're 3 years old they are perfect for tiny head. However for an adult they aren't big enough. Just enough to cover your ear.

Soft and comfortable for one. I am a big guy so I sleep on this as a bed cover and use another as a cover in my camper on a RV king bed. So I have no experience using it as a double but based on its size it would be very cozy for two. Your mileage may vary. I would buy it again for the use I make of it.
