Love this pan. Easily made for 4 people with the 30 cm pan. Made all the difference to cooking paella. You can serve straight to the table with it as well. Cleans easily too. Much better than using a frying pan.

Nice pan, makes a more authentic paella with a bit of crust on bottom. As a result will be hard to clean without scraping which will damage the finish. Solution. Is put a bit of biological laundry in it and hot water. Leave overnight and comes off easy the next day. This size does two adults and two kids. Would think it would be a bit of a stretch to feed four adults with this pan. Or maybe we are just greedy :-)

I had two smaller paella pans, but it's a very inefficient way to make paella for four! So I wanted one in which to make enough for the four of us in one pan, and I thought this one was worth a shot due after researching similar sizes and costs on amazon. It most certainly makes enough paella for four adults - we christened it making a seafood paella for my daughter's 16 birthday last week, and we ate the lot, but couldn't have eaten any more without bursting! My only slightly negative comment would be that on a ceramic hob the base doesn't sit entirely flat - I'm used to this with pans of this type, they do warp ever so slightly as the pan heats up, and would clearly be better on a gas hob or BBQ, and it does mean that some parts of the paella cook more quickly than others. I had to keep an eye on it to make sure it didn't 'catch' too much in just one place on the bottom (which is tricky when part of the charm of a good paella is getting that 'just caught, but not burnt' texture at the base of the pan!) so I had to keep revolving the pan to prevent this. But in all other respects this is a good pan, and I certainly wouldn't say 'don't buy it if you only have an electric hob', just that you should be aware of the possible issue (it might not happen to you, anyway). Also, the pan looks smart, looks good in the centre of the table to serve from the dish, and washes well. Just remember to give it a light coat of oil after washing to keep it in pristine condition, and don't - whatever you do - put it in the dishwasher (the instructions do stress this, but some people seem intent on putting even specialist equipment in the dishwasher, and then give them low reviews when they come out damaged!) so that your pan stays in good condition.

Looks good but I’ll probably just use my old pan and transfer it all to this pan for the table. I know it’s not non stick but didn’t expect to have to soak it for 48 hours to get all the food off so won’t risk that again. I’ve been cooking paella for years and have never had this problem before

Very well made, it was easy to clean and to handle it. It's enamelled so the rice won't stick to it, though you can still have the "slightly burnt" layer of rice that you want in a paella. The only thing is that this is not for 8 people, I would say rather 6 people. It can work for 8 only if you make small portions...but who wants a small portion of paella?

Nice pan great size to serve 1 hungry/greedy git (if having just paella and no sides) or 2 as part of a bigger meal/snack. I used mine on a electric bbq yesterday and made 2 seperate paella's (one with quorn chicken and one with real chicken), both taking around 30-40 mins so it was on the heat for a fair amount of time and there was very little food stickage. I've just washed it now after leaving some boiling water in for 10 mins to soak and all it's washed up a breeze with a sponge. Recommended, might even get another myself!
