Mielle Organics Mongongo Oil Hydrating Conditioner - Protein Free 240 ml, White

This conditioner leaves my hair feeling soft, moisturised, and easy to manage. The scent is lovely and not overpowering, and it works great for deep hydration without weighing my hair down. My curls look more defined and feel healthier after every use.

I had a bad reaction recently to a bond complex (bonding treatment). My hair became brittle and straw-like, super frizzy, dry and absolutely awful and impossible to manage. Hair kept breaking and falling. After spending £££ on various expensive, luxury and/or professional brands and getting nowhere, I read somewhere that I need to stay away from protein rich products and go for hydrating protein-free ones. This was one of the only masks on the market that fit the bill. I tried it, and it was magic! It’s "almost" like I have my old hair back. Not quite, but almost. It's a lifesaver! Fabulously hydrating. I'm on my fourth pot. Even my hairdresser is amazed. If you have dry, brittler hair, this is the answer to all your prayers!

So due to the cost of living crises, I thought I'd try something different instead of my usual keratase curl manifesto. This did not disappoint. I left it in my 4c texture release hair overnight and o my... After a wash and blowdry.. my hair looked instantly fuller and we'll hydrated. I still love my keratase mask but this is going to be one I'll be adding to my routine. I deep condition and blowdry every two weeks, so I'll do alternate treatments every other week. Ps: I've also used this as per the instructions but I find i get better results when I leave it on over night. I am on my second tub. I only get 2 uses from each tub. My hair is brastrap length.

I had been using a heavy protein mask (Shea moisture Sacha inchi oil) product for a while as conditioner. It worked well, until my hair got all the protein it desperately needed and then started to overload - think this means I'm protein sensitive..(?) Switched to this conditioner and ..wow!! Just..wow!! All the moisture back like magic! The slip is wonderful and makes detailing in the shower a dream. Pity there so little product for the price....but I'd definitely recommend for getting that healthy feeling moisture back to your hair.

Ingredients: "Water, cetearyl alcohol, caprylic/ capric triglyceride [fractionated CO], PPG-3 benzyl ether myristate, behentrimonium chloride, behentrimonium methosulfate, C10-40 isoalkylamidopropyl ethyldimonium ethosulfate [18-MEA], avocado oil, sweet almond oil, sacha inchi seed oil, argan oil, mongongo oil, grapeseed oil, fragrance, phenoxyethanol, dipropylene glycol, shea butter, panthenol, olive oil, coconut oil, amla fruit powder, vitamin E, benzoic acid, ethylhexylglycerin, glycereth-2 cocoate, disodium EDTA, citric acid." My hair is naturally wavy, bra-strap length, two thirds virgin one third peroxide-damaged. I follow some of the 'Curly Girl' principles for eight years. I have learned to avoid ingredients that can build up on hair/ need harsh detergents to remove, such as many silicones, waxes and butters (eg. dimethicone, cetyl esters). I purchased Mielle Mongongo Oil Hydrating conditioner because it contains protective lipids (18-MEA) that are lost from colour-treated and damaged hair, as well as silky fractionated coconut oil. I was also attracted by the formulation being protein-free and silicone-free, comparable to Lee Stafford Mucho Moisture mask. I will update this review in a few weeks.

Ya es la segunda que compro de esta marca, es muy hidratante , pero no proteínas, para cabellos bastante secos y castigados, yo la dejo de media a una hora tapada con un gorrino para que obtenga calor y penetre bien en la hebra capilar, muy recomendable para cabellos porosos y sin brillo.

This is my go to conditioner for my curly hair. It is often tangled by the time I get to showering and I need something that will allow me to brush it out without ripping my hair out. This conditioner make brushing my curly hair, very simple and leaves it feeling very moisturized and when I come out of the shower. I noticed the difference when I don’t use it, so I have re-purchased a few times already

احسن شي اشتريته للشعر … اللي شعرها كيرلي لا تترد خصوصا إذا محتاجة ترطيب عميق والحلو فيه بدون بروتين … كل مايخلص ارجع اشتريه لانه اساسي عندي
