Amazon Basics Portable Propane Stainless Steel Tabletop Gas Grill, Two Burner Table Top

This grill has many pros and a couple of cons. I will list the pros first.1. It isn't heavy but very portable and easy to set up. The clips on the ends lock the top in place and you can carry it much like a briefcase.2. It is already set up for the bigger propane tank, not the tiny ones. This is a huge bonus for me. I don't like the short life span if the tiny cans.3. It has two burners so you can adjust each side, so one side can be hotter than the other side. Some portable grills only have a single setting.4. It is easy to light. Just turn the knobs. Some grills are delicate to get going. Not this one.5. I like the stainless steel and it looks to be mostly that. The knobs are plastic but I don't see that as a con. It would have been better if they were stainless steel but it doesn't matter to me as long as they work.6. The grease pan is easy to clean. The grill is easy to clean as well.Now the cons1. I wished the legs locked in place. They are spread out and stay put but any movement can cause them to collapse inward. Not good.2. There isn't a low setting. It is high and medium but don't count on grilling anything on low. The lowest setting is still quite hot.This is a great grill and the cost is very good. Despite the two cons for me, I still give it 5 stars. It is much better than most portable grills I have seen.

Great grill. Nice size for routine grilling but large enough for group. The handle is stainless so it gets very hot. Need a pot holder. I wrote a note with marker on front 9f grill so you don't forget to use pot holder. Comes complete easy to set up and attach to gas. I have purchased 2of these grills.

Needed a portable grill for the RV that fit our tight space requirements and chose the Amazon Basics 2 burner. It had zero reviews when we purchased it, but fit the space and at a great price and I knew Amazon would make it right if there was an issue. We've used it now for several months on several trips and I highly recommend it.The build quality is impressive, the stainless box is noticeably thicker than other units we looked at. With two burners and 16K BTU's it gets hot enough to grill anything that we want. The stainless grill is robust and you can get nice sear marks. The temp control is better than other grills I've owned, the heat is pretty even across the grate with minimum "hot spots", and the burners can be turned down and maintain a lower temp for a lower/slower cook, or turn off one for an even lower temp. The unit was easy to set up, and it is easy to clean up the grill and removable drip pan.Be aware that it is a basic unit. There is no built-in thermometer, which is fine with us as they never work anyway. We use a $25 thermometer gun instead. There isn't a grill bag offered, we bought one that's sized for the 22" Blackstone for $50, it's a little big but close enough. It would be nice if the flame guards were attached so they would stay in place when storing, that's annoying but not a big deal. I did replace the built-in pressure regulator with a connection to our on-board propane, an easy modification that works well for our situation, I expect it works fine with the built-in regulator that comes with factory pressure regulator.

Was skeptical at first of An Amazon basics brand grill, but it worked perfectly. It fit 9 hamburger Patty’s at a time and cooked them quick enough to get through the 2nd round before the first where gone. The only real complaint is that there’s not a massive difference between the high and low settings, there is a difference, just not massive. Overall it’s a great grill for the price

This small grill is exactly what I wanted. Using an adapter to use 1 lbs propane tanks it heats up quick and cooks like a champ. Have to agree with other reviews in that the handle fret very hot so have an oven mitt or towel before lifting the lid.

Just got it a couple of days ago for our picnic at Donner National Park. It was the best portable grill ever owned. Great quality, cooked burgers, spicy sausage, chicken and pork chops. Everything came our perfect, juicy and delicious. Thanks for a great product and a great price.

This puppy heats up quickly. You really need to keep watching what you put on it or it can burn. Yet, that’s perfect for me since I don’t mind watching what I’m grilling and it grills fast. It’s perfect for what I want!

This grill looks the part, and I was really looking forward to trying it out and using it for a few years. But BOTH TIMES we ordered this grill, it was missing the washer for the connector that hooks to the LP tank. So no matter how much you tightened it, it still was loose and let a lot of LP gas escape! Not a good smell, btw. I called Amazon customer service and they told me there is no way for them to just send a missing part; said I'd have to order it a THIRD time and hope for the best. Yeah ... no thanks.
