This is my second bottle of Life Extension Thermo Weight Control that I'm on and it seems to be working for my appetite control & less cravings, as well as for little by little weight loss. I sometimes have to force myself to eat and sometimes I don't eat all day until dinner time and even then, I eat a small dinner and I feel full. I take as directed, but haven't done much of any exercise. I didn't really start noticing the appetite control effects and less cravings until about a week or so after starting to take them, so at least give it that long before you make a judgment call. I can tell you that these work - at least for me. So much so, that I purchased a second bottle before I completely ran out of the first one. The only thing you can do is try it and see if it works for you. If you don't notice any benefits after you're done with the first bottle then it probably isn't for you. But at least give it one complete bottle before giving up.

I had a really bad reaction shortly after taking this product. I broke out in a sweat and was shaking. I was very weak. I also had stomach cramping and nausea.. It made me very weak.

No results yet but my thyroid is messed up so probably why. I don’t eat a lot either

I can't rate these one way or another since I don't or can't compare these to any other product, nor have a witnessed any weight loss using them. Only thing these things seem to do and upset my stomach and make me vomit. Too much capsasian! Felt like someone set my stomach on fire. I think these are a waste of money since they don't seem to do anything. I really can't recommend them.

I was actually surprised by this! I was a bit worried as spicy foods usually cause me heartburn, but I realized that only seems to occur when I eat spicy foods for dinner. Since these aren't taken in the evening, there's no heart burn by bedtime. I was pleasantly surprised by the natural energy boost these give without jitters.
