Rub a dub dub
Did some short ribs and some pork belly burnt end. It was magical on the burnt ends and gave it a proper BBQ taste. The short ribs didn't taste as nice with this rub but it still worked for my first smoke. Will definitely be using this in the future for my pork rub.

I get a lot of flavour from a little shake!
We are vegan, (daughter) and ketovore, and this is being used for many of our meals and it's delicious. And it turns the sauce red. I don't find it hot but I know some who would find it to warm on the tongue.

Full side of baby back ribs coated in but rub. Deliver a good smokey BBQ flavour and stay on the ribs once coated.
