Always take care when mounting and dismounting.The hinges could cause finger trapping and injury. 2. Always use on a flat, firm, even surface. 3.Ensure the step stool is fully unfolded before use. 4. Don't exceed maximum weight load limit. 5. Regularly check whether all fixings are firm and tighten if necessary. 6. Don't step directly on the edge of the step stool or the support bar. 7. It has been used only by my 2 years old and it has broken yesterday evening when my daughter was standing on it. The screws are broken so there is nothing to repare. It's very disappointing because this stool was pretty expensive, much more expensive than the plastic one and we thought it will last a few years.
