This is a great product, it very useful product those living in high floor building. It control the water pressure very easily, best for kids and pregnant women. It's very easy to install, anyone can fix it by it's own with help of given instructions in box. Compatible with almost every toilets. It control the Pressure very nicely, no problem with any wash for front and rear. Build quality of product is great.

Worst product and over priced Flow is super dangerous on even minimum level and not good for any age person I would suggest please don't buy this worst product because you will get far better with warranty. Kohler items are always overestimated. I am using 2 items and both are worsy

We purchased this product a month ago. It was super easy to install, the instructions on the manual suffice. Using it has been incredibly easy and convenient. It is perfect for the Indian market, does away with the usage of the health faucet/hand spray without compromising the basic idea of a non-paper based toilet. Super hygienic, minimises hand involvement and limits it to the nozzle. Keeps the bathroom dry because it doesn't drip or accidentally spray like a health faucet. The design is super neat, it's such a simple addition to the bathroom. Elderly family members enjoy the product a lot because of the sheer convenience of it. Adjustable power setting in the nozzle takes care of whatever concern they may have about stream strength. Positive experience overall. Highly recommended.

Though dey say it fits all commodes...it doesnot fit ,hence returning

Start leaking just after a month of usage. Raised service request on Jan 26. Let’s see if there is resolution. Update: 30 Jan - technician visited and repaired. Told leakage is due to water pressure.
