This utility helps determine whether your Mac’s Bluetooth problems are caused by internal hardware or can be resolved using the Hideez adapter. The Hideez Dongle may be ineffective if your internal Bluetooth module is completely non-functional. It is not compatible with Hackintosh setups, virtual environments, or Logitech MX devices on macOS. If your Mac doesn’t have a USB-A port, we strongly recommend using a USB-C to USB-A adapter rather than a USB hub.

Fully compatible with and old iMac mid 2010, now I can use Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. Not a lot of options out there but this one works flawlessly.

HP Elitedesk 800, Linux Mint Cinnamon. Does not work, you cannot purge blueman/bluez to reinstall. You can’t switch to blueberry, cannot update Mint, you cannot do any command from the terminal that will fix the issues. Stating something works with “Linux” is essentially false advertising. Not every distro or every PC will work. IT DOES work with windows 10, because its windows. DO NOT buy this for Linux unless you are willing to waste money or spend time running commands 👍
