Not for stains
The foam cleans the area around the spot, but if there is a stain, it does not get the stain up, but if it’s just light cleaning, I imagine this would work, but not for any bad spots on the carpet. Also, it kind of bleaches the carpet so if you just are spot cleaning, you’re gonna find A whiter spot so either do the entire carpet or nothing
