I’ve been dealing with neck tension for a while, and this device actually gives real relief. It’s easy to set up, feels sturdy, and only takes a few minutes to use. After just a couple of sessions, I noticed less stiffness and fewer headaches. Definitely a great tool to have at home if you sit at a desk or wake up with neck pain.

I had bought this harness before, and it was able to hold a lot of weight, for many months before the support hooks ripped out. I just bought a new one, and the hooks ripped completely off on the first pull,. They must have cheaped out on the stitching.

Bought this to replace an earlier harness that gave up on me due to wear and tear. All I can say is I'm hapoy wirh this purchase. Better material than my first. Thank you also for the quick ship.

This has helped straighten out my neck vertebrae issues when I spend too much time working and looking down. I have a posture issue but I have always been able to resolve it using this hanger cradle apparatus. It has a couple different ways you can use it so if it's uncomfortable try another way. I use it under my deck that I can stand under. It's a perfect height for stretching my head and neck and shoulders. You will have to find something to hang it from that is the proper height. I use a lot of pressure on it because my condition requires it. I bend my knees until I feel it stretching my neck enough.

Since my wife doesn’t have any spot tall enough to hang her yoga silk safely in Winter, this has been the next best thing. Just be careful with it; have something tall enough to give you some stability (such as a tall bar stool) as it can give you a head rush from the blood being let back up to your brain!

I know this is kind of common sense but you cannot put a lot of weight on this it will break easily if you are seriously putting your weight into this thing. I recommend wrapping your head with some bed sheets instead of using these kinds of products cuz these products will freaking shatter.

I have been prescribed traction for my neck. The chin strap thing that came with the over the door kit was so uncomfortable and rough. I saw this advertized and got it. Way way softer and fits way better. Makes traction enjoyable now.
