Everything is perfect about the chair The comfort , looks stylish , easy to assemble , good Price , wheels are smooth , height adjustment is smooth , even the 135° tilt is amazing BUT the headrest that I got is kind of loose, After adjustment it kind of comes down on it’s own , I don’t know if that is supposed to happen I like it using it tilted down so I don’t have a problem, but if I wanted to adjust it upward and use it, that wouldn’t work for me. Overall I like the product A1 Quality for a good price

Everything’s fine about the chair, for the price. But few things I’m not satisfied about are attached. And the packages inside the box was very dusty and it was all over the floor. Arm rest need some strength and technique to adjust. Lacks thigh support. Little bigger seat would be very much appreciated.

It’s good chair within budget I have been using last 2 years it’s really good and comfortable. Even after 2 years I claimed my warranty regarding hydraulic cylinder replacement. Easy to contact the seller and claim the warranty. Good support from the staff.
