Works OK. Certainly not "heavy duty". Included anchors not strong enough IMO.
Seems to be fine. It's pretty lightweight, not "heavy duty" at all - don't believe the picture of solid stainless steel bars - this is made of thinwall steel tubing like most cheap towel rods. The chrome finish looks good, hopefully it holds up over time. The included wall anchors (the usual plastic expanding type) aren't up to the task in my opinion. Two damp bath towels are going to put quite a bit of stress on them. I tossed them and used real anchors that can't pull out (without destroying the wall). Feels pretty solid once mounted. Pay attention to the pictures - the headline says 30 inches but the actual usable rod length measured about 27-3/8 inches. Center to center (mounting dimensions) is 28-3/8. Even the overall length isn't quite 30 inches. The pictures seem about right even if the headline isn't. Some other observations: 1. The pictures show the wall mount disk with the mounting holes oriented horizontal. And that's how it was when I received mine. However there is a dimple in the disk that the set screw bears on, and the disk has to be rotated 90 degrees (i.e. mounting holes vertical) to match the dimple to the set screw. Which is good because orienting the mounting holes vertical results in a stronger attachment to the wall. I don't know why they ship it this way. 2. Check that the mounting surfaces lie flat on the wall. Mine didn't at first, and I thought something was bent but it turns out there is a bit of movement possible where the rods insert into the brackets. Make sure you get things flat before starting to drill your wall because the adjustment changes the spacing a bit. 3. The set screws should be at the bottom of the round parts that bear on the wall, but on my sample the round parts were rotated about 10 degrees. I was able to turn them with some effort to align them correctly. A minor QC issue here, but easy to fix. I'd give five stars because it's a good product for the price, but the inadequate wall anchors knock off a star. Overall a decent product, if it holds up I'd buy it again. Time will tell.

Bar is sturdy, but get better drywall inserts.
The product is exactly what you'd think. The bars are metal and look great, but the screws and drywall supports are very cheap. Go buy some better ones before hanging, otherwise you'll have to do some patch work.
