Ooooooohweeee it works!!!
Wow. This stuff is the REAL DEAL! But do not under any circumstance take this on an empty stomach. It gave me an ulcer. It was 100% my fault. I also took ashwagandha too and that and the black seed burnt right through my stomach. Oops. I’ve never found a black seed oil this strong! Impressive. I have tough stomach so I’m surprised for sure.

Works For Me
I'm pre Type 2 and was taking metformin. I started taking Black Seed Oil (liquid gel caps) and was able to control my A1C . This product is a more concentrated extract powder and I just received lab results showing A1C still under control with only 1 capsule/day vs 2/day for the gel caps. So far so good. Good value.

Horrible
This is the worse smelling and tasting thing I have ever had the misfortune of putting in my mouth.Smells like something died in the bottle. And on top of that, it does absolutely nothing except give you an upset stomach.Avoid at all costs.
