Works as it says it will for me except I don't feel more energetic from it. But the gut health part works for me like I was hoping it would, less bloat, less gassiness, less heartburn, no constipation. It tastes good alone or when I mix it in with my morning vanilla protein shake. I use it everyday.

I genuinely use this every day to help with digestion issues, and I also love kombucha but it's expensive. This satisfies the fiber, vitamin c, and postbiotic needs for my day as well as helping my gut. This, as always, combined with a good diet, has helped me have regular movements and feel less bloated and icky during the day. I haven't tried any of the other Activated You products but I like this new one!

Dinner for me but maybe for someone else.

After beginning this product, I began to be symptomatic. Turns out one of the main ingredients (kumbucha) was the culprit. A diet rich in high-sugar beverages such as kombucha is a breeding ground for bacterial imbalances such as yeast overgrowth. In a matter of days, this product wreaked havoc in my gut.

It works! and right away. Gut health is finally mine. Thank you, Activated You!

Product works well but has horrible flavorings. Wish it could be natural instead of tasting so fake. Could barley choke it down and triggered an eye and nose allergy irritation from the powder. I much prefer all natural products and no flavorings. However my stomach does feel better so it did work for that. I wish there was an unflavored option.

This product is absolutely incredible! I’ve struggled with stomach issues my entire life, and this product has helped me in countless ways. However, I hate running out! The only the only time that sadly happens is when my teacher salary can’t afford it.
