The item was well packaged and arrived in good condition. A bit on the expensive side but well worth the money. I have used this palette with acrylic paints and find the surface excellent for mixing the paints on. This palette is the best I have used thus far! Definitely a good buy. It is durable and strong and so easy to clean. I love it!

I like this palette a lot. My mentor recommended a glass palette, and it really is nice to use one. (I was a little hasty in cleaning it, however, and put a scratch in it. I didn't think I was being too rough, but the scratch is there nonetheless. Pro Tip: Use a plastic pastry scraper to clean it.) I'm still giving it a 5-star rating, because it's a great palette, and it came well packaged. I was a little worried about that, because it's glass, but it was fine.

Not a bad item. The surface scratches easily from palette knives in my case, though I don’t use a lot of pressure when using them. The rubber stoppers so far have stayed on fine and the grey background is nice, however the grey material had some holes in it near the edges upon arrival. Small holes, nothing to impact color mixing. I anticipate these holes will now grow over time, though I’ll try to be careful not to let them. Perhaps I’ll take some acrylic and fill them in. As for packaging, it was rather nonexistent, save for the box itself, which left plenty of room for the palette to shift around during shipping. Possibly why some of the grey material rubbed/scraped off. It was packaged with an SSD mounting bracket I ordered as well, which was also just left to shift around haphazardly during shipping. Overall, besides the thickness of the glass, you could just as easily buy a large picture frame for cheap and tone the underside. Ultimately I paid for durability and ease of clean up, both of which so far seem decent. (Besides of course the surface scratching, which is quite photo frame glass-like.)

The delivery was fast, and the product arrived in good condition. The product is good as described. Not so easy to carry around for traveling because it's a large palette. It's more suited to a studio setup, which I was looking for. It has a nice grey neutral base color, yielding more accurate color mixing. It's a great product, I recommend it.

I first ordered the medium size just to try it with acrylics. Months later I ordered the large one since I was very satisfied with the quality of the palette. They can be cleaned easily with a scraper (I'm using an scraper with an old metal razor). If you wait until next day to clean you can spray some water and it works perfect. Be careful not to put the palette on a surface that can scratch the grey paint of the glass.
