Pro Oxygen, Synthetic Kinesiology Athletic Tape with Celliant Technology

I was uncertain about the usefulness of this tape, but after working out for only a few days with the tape applied, the sore muscles I felt nagging occasionally in my back and shoulders have loosened up and I feel much healthier and stronger. To be fair, the tape more or less peeled off by the third day, but I sweat like a wildebeest so all I can say is that I was actually pleasantly surprised by how long and well the tape stuck to me.

I go through a lot of KT Tape for various ‘body protests’ and I was interested to try this one out as a variety I’d not come across before. My thoughts are that it’s worth getting unless you are looking to wear it while swimming (or even past a shower). This kind definitely feels comfortable and noticeably more breathable than some of the other versions. I’ve done long workouts on hot days (long bike ride or long runs) with other tape on before and I’ll spare you the details of the sweaty situation collected underneath the tape hahaha! It’s now February so I haven’t put this through the same test yet but I have worn it for long moderately-sweaty workouts and it has held up well! Worth getting if you are a heavy sweaty!Just does not stay on in water as advertised. I wore it to the pool and had to peel off the remains and leave them piled politely next to my lane halfway through the workout. If you need a KT Tape that does stay on for a swim, try KT Tape Pro Extreme.

This is great support for my knees. The adhesive is great, allowing this tape to be worn for a day or several days.

I rolled my ankle playing tennis and I needed something to brace it. This was lightweight and very comfortable. Helped my ankle heal and helped keep it stable while I played. I keep it packed in my tennis bag for all my matches.

i am a big fan of kt tape but this oxygen synthetic tape was a massive let down. the adhesive is terrible and peels off in just a few minutes. i’ve had 100% great experiences with regular cotton kt tape & regular synthetic kt tape but this one particularly was a waste of money. i’m giving it 3 stars with the benefit of the doubt maybe it was perhaps a bad batch or defective in some way. i don’t want to believe the more premium expensive tape is less than the regular tapes in quality when the regular kt tapes are amazing. maybe it was just a one off. maybe the ambient heat between the shipping/delivery damaged the adhesive but i wont be buying this one again. i still stand by kt tape.. didn’t lose my business but weirdly concerning

I used two whole roles of this while training for my half marathon and I think this saved me from stopping my training. I ran 260 miles in training and this stuff held up great. Super durable. Don’t try to take it off the day before. It will hurt.
