Reasonably straightforward to fit and the complete fitting kit makes it easier. Good value and extra capacity battery a bonus.

Installed the battery despite it being double the capacity, it didn’t make any difference to how long it lasted, and as it’s not an apple product i can no longer see the battery health and has a permanent notification stating unknown product installed in the settings menu, It’s fine as it’s an old phone i was using for work but would rather get a genuine one if i was to choose to do this again

Didnt work on my XR. Order another 4600mah battery and it now works. Not able to get a refund

The instructions were great on this. As someone who hasn’t even changed the SIM card since I brought my phone this was a scary task. However being out of warranty and it being a useless phone as it was I didn’t see the harm in giving this a go. The instructions like I say I’m very easy and it was a step-by-step process. It was very fiddly and tiny and some of the screws out of the phone was smaller than a grain of rice and I am not kidding that was the most tricky task. I am very proud of myself that I managed to change the battery and the phone works so I’ve saved a lot of money.

So battery ordered, replaced and turns out to only last a few hours of normal and average use.
