As I was going about my day running errands the wrap didn’t slide around, held very tightly to my skin and I definitely felt a difference once I took it off. Yes I’m quite aware wearing it for one day and just a few hours isn’t going to make a huge impact on my waist size and it was a “mind over matter” thing but bottom line is…it’s a great product at an excellent price point!
