A: No, there is no pocket on the inside. Only has the one on the outside.

A: No. Pull over.

A: It really depends on how tall the person is wearing it.  On an average 5 foot 5 person, it would hit right about the knees.  Honestly, my daughter wears hers all.....the.....time!

**Q: would this fit 5' 10", 250 pound person?**
A: I'm 5'3" 185 and it's VERY baggy on me.
