Best Chinese curry sauce on the market
In my quest for the holy grail of Chinese curry, this is by far the best.I cook a full container, add a tbs soy sauce, teaspoon of chilli flakes and just a teaspoon of sweet chilli sauce. Simmer for at least 2 hours. Freeze the sauce in batches, then add your meat and vegetables when you want to eat. Cook your onions separately and briefly to keep their crunch.

Leakage?
Not happy. Inside the wrapping was a mess with what looks like oil from the paste. It’s hard to know which tub is leaking as it was a pack of 2 and it’s not obvious. I’ve had this paste before and it is good.
