Reasonably easy to fit by a competent DIYer. I got these as a replacement for standard rose handles which had a smaller hole in the door. Referencing a previous comment regarding the difficulty of stopping the hole saw sliding around when drilling a larger hole. I made a jig from a rectanglular piece of 12mm plywood by drilling a 54mm hole with the hole saw, clamped this to the door and used it to hold the holesaw in place. Review: Bad quality lock that looks pretty on the outside - It is bad. The handle is fiddly on the locking side, lock jams constantly and if you have kids they will have problems unlocking it. Buy a more expensive equivalent or you will buy twice, like i did.
