If you have low vitamins and stomach problems this is a great way to get your daily/weekly doses of vitamins. I won't know how effective they are for a fair few months... Fingers crossed

These are great better than taking tablets but I find that the only place they stick is on the top of your arm. I have tried other places and they fall off.

Occasionally I get discomfort and pain in certain joints but usually my knee when I haven't had enough vitamin D. These patches have definitely helped but it hasn't been a walk in the park to use them. I'm hairy so finding a hairless spot for this patch was difficult. In the end I placed it on the inside of my arm but it feels a bit awkward. I find the supply information and instructions confusing which is why I've removed 1 star. Apparently this pack of 30 equates to a 7 month supply but the instructions state to use one every 24 hours so I think it would last for 7 months if you used these less frequently. I would appreciate if the information on the pack and listing were more clear about this as I thought the pack might either come with more patches or the patches last longer.

I have my vit D test a few times a year. I tested my levels before I tried these patches they were at 50. I wore the patches every day for 4 weeks then tested again. The result show not only do these patches not work, but my vit levels dropped to 43. This product is a con and dangerous for people that do not hold there vitmain D. DO NOT BUY

Just love these wee patches! As well as a very good dose of D3 (5500iu), each patch also contains 350mcg of K2, 350mg Magnesium & 1400mg Calcium. To be honest though, the info on the back of the packs confuses me a little as there is 3 different columns for the doses, with different amounts. Unless a patch releases a certain amount over a period of time I don't understand what the difference refers to. Can't make much sense of that, wish there was some clarity! Anyway, they stick great, don't itch and you can leave on for 8hrs but not more than 24hrs, so you could put on a few hours before you go sleep and take off in the morning. Peels off easily, especially if you been perspiring a lot, and whenever I leave on overnight they haven't moved and are still stuck - although sometimes they can start curling at the edges. You can use daily, or weekly, or any amount in between. They'll last 7 months if used weekly so that is a huge bargain at a tenner, even if using daily they are still excellent value for money and they are great for people who hate taking tablets, especially if they are already taking many.

I wanted a transdermal patch as the pills were a hassle and had less absorption efficiency. Whilst I can't test if it really works better, I feel just as good using this rather than pills. I stick the patch on the underside of my wrist where it's hairless (do not use it on hair, it is very painful to remove) and it stays on all day long, even if you sweat or make contact with a little bit of water. If you take 5500UI a day, this is a months supply, but you can double it to 2 months if you cut the patches in half, which works just as well with a lower dose.
