Well made; super sturdy but still much lighter than wood.
Couldn't as for anything better. The ribbed steps (not found on other ladder we looked at) give very good foot traction as opposed to flat ones. Love that they added rubber feet to the legs -- good grip on the floor surface. Overall, the solid sturdiness of the product give a feel of confidence climbing up it.

Lightweight and easy to pull into position
This ladder is perfect for anyone. Young and old. It's lightweight, easy to pull into position. You can reach all of your chandeliers. I highly recommend this ladder!

Well built. Delivered on time.

Return is difficult as you have to take it to the post office
Overall this ladder is a good buy and sturdy. HOWEVER !!!! top "step" came bent, and missing a rubber "boot" on one of the back feet. Was going to return, but it's hard to get this in my car and take to the post office. :(
