I bought this candle melting pot specifically to make DIY fire starters, and it worked perfectly. I had a bunch of old candles and unused wax cubes around the house, and this pot made it super easy to melt everything down quickly and cleanly. It even came with a wooden spoon, which was surprisingly helpful for scooping and stirring the wax. The cleanup was way easier than I expected, and this definitely helped cut down on the mess compared to other methods I’ve tried. If you’re into wax crafts or just want to repurpose old candles, this little tool is totally worth it.

This pot is perfect for melting wax. It does it very quickly. It's easy to clean and very easy to handle. I love it. I would definitely recommend it.

Works great and comes as expected in pictures. It heats the wax very fast on the second setting and even on the first. i am very pleased with how fast it warms and how much it can hold. It’s great for beginner candle making and the pouring spout really helps. I didn’t notice any weird smell. Accurate size and very compact. I’ve had it a couple months now and it’s been great. No problems so far.

Easy clean. I wish i bought this earlier. The melting process is fast without worrying to burn the wax. It works better than having an induction plate and a melting pot on top.

Overall definitely makes candle Making much easier! My only complaint is that it does tend to be really hot even on the lowest settings. I wish there was a “warming” option that I can put where I don’t need it necessarily to melt but to just stay warm while I am working. Also important note, there is no measurements inside so you can’t see how much fluid ounces you have. It just means an extra step if I am doing multiple types of candles. I have to separate it into a measuring cup, color and then add my scents vs being able to do everything in the pot which is a little bit of a downer. Overall great starter for the price.

Perfect for hobby candle making! I made a candle this morning with 100% beeswax and it took about 5 minutes for all of the wax to completely melt on the lowest setting. I mixed scent and color oils right in the pot and it was super easy to wipe clean after pouring into the candle vessel. It seems durable and the size is good for about 11 ounces of beeswax chips. I could fit more if I let some melt first. It comes with a lid, wooden stirrer, and thermometer. It’s a really great little kit for the money. Just plug it in, choose a heat level, and go. Low is enough heat for safe melting.
