Pellet didn’t dissolve
It seemed to do the job but only after some tweaking. It assembled easily and intuitively, and dropped the pellet in the container, and turned the water on. The water streamed passed the pellet but not with enough turbulence to dissolve the pellet. I finally resorted to pulverizing the pellet beforehand, then ran it through the system.

Very sturdy
Replaced a Ross Root Feeder with this as the Ross broke when inserting into the ground. This root feeder is longer and significantly sturdier. It is longer and larger in circumference. It passes quite a bit more water.

Love the extension of this toolAnd the fact that you can put fertilizer directly to the roots! Does great!

Root feeder broke after using a few times
I was hoping this root feeder would hold up as good as the Ross feeders but after a few times using it, the tube you put in the soil is two sections the screw together and broke at that point, reordered a Ross feeder

this is cheaply made, it broke at the threads the second time I used it

Excellent product.
Just went out and did a deep root feed of my trees today. This worked exactly as expected. Very happy with it.
