**Q: Hi, anyone else experiencing a sudden drop in sleep tracking accuracy? Sometimes no data is logged at all.**
A: HI buddy. I had this problem at first so what I did was. If you go into your Garmin Connect App and click on your watch Icon⌚  Then scroll down to System, tap on that.  Then tap Sleep Mode then go to Schedule and enter your sleep routine.  What time you go to bed and wake up etc. 
That should work and make sure your watch is up to date with the latest software.  I hope this works you m8 🍀

**Q: Does this work on a iOS phone and can you get Uk texts on it ?**
A: Yes you can and you can reply  back as well

**Q: Hi, does it come with traditional Chinese language support? As I know Instinct 2/ 2s does not have Chinese language option**
A: I believe it does support Chinese, both traditional and simplified.

**Q: Does it have v02 max**
A: yes it can establish your VO2 max and if you use HRM Pro it will also establish your lactate threshold
