Battery size
I can't complain about the drill, but maybe if you highlighted what makita batteries actually fitted it you wouldn't get so many returns. Purchasers are probably finding that it uses a different battery to other makita tools that they own.

I know is only a small battery for this but for a sds drill it is woefully short on thump in the hammer action
