I am loving this product I don’t know if it’s just me but I been taking it now for 4 days and notice my Jean shorts are fitting a bit loose , I have been busy at work so haven’t gone to the gym but have been putting in some daily skipping I believe with such little exercise the product still seem to work . I would recommend this product

Waste of time and money.
Used it everytime for workouts noticed absolutely nothing. waste of money. Upset stomach, bad taste. Just get weight loss powder or drink plenty of water and do cardio
