**Q: What is the zeroing process from start to finish?**
A: No need to zero your night vision. Your scope is already zeroed. In the menu option you will bring up the Reticle option. Simply press the center button to activate the night vision Reticle then hit the up, down, left or right buttons to move your night vision Reticle center to your scope Reticle. Your scope Reticle and night vision Reticle are now in sync.

**Q: How do I register for warranty purposes?  Model is not listed on website, and there's no contact seller option on Amazon!**
A: There is information for our USA company branch in the manual. Within 2 years, you can send it to our USA office to repair.

**Q: Delivery date for the 940nm seems to change all the time?  If I order this, when can I actually expect to receive it?**
A: There is stock for the 850nm in Amazon US, no 940nm in stock now.

**Q: What are the pros and cons of 850nm versus 940nm?**
A: 850nm is the standard IR Illuminator, this has the small red glow and maybe seen by some animals. 940nm is a higher wavelength and is not visible to animals; its sometimes called stealth or covert - it doesn't have the red glow, but the trade off is less range.

Sad. I guess quality and $700 means different things to different people. Light weight yes, nice balance yes, button functionality yes, focus ability yes. But that's about it. Eight hour battery life not even when fully charged and not being used. Typical after a week of nightly use about 2 hours and that's being generous. First and foremost I do understand its a clip on and with that said, the red dot is constantly on the move from zero, the cross hairs are only visible when zeroing, calibration limits seem acceptable, but unattainable. When focusing you will have to decide on focusing on the target without cross hairs or focus on crosshairs with a fuzzy target, unable to have both. Maybe a below average monocle for night watchers, but not for chasing vermin in the night unless your an early sleeper
