If you're looking for some sets that are suitable for working out and a cute casual look - this is one of them. The quality is great, strong, NOT see through and it doesn't roll excessively. Great smoothing effect and flattering on. I'm 5'1" and 134 lbs. and I ordered Medium! I hope this helps!

Size up! My daughter wears a small in everything but I ordered a medium because of other reviews and I’m glad I did. It is a bit tight around her biceps but it fits great everywhere else and she is so comfortable!
