You get what you pay for? It’s a BEAUTIFUL gift box, absolutely stunning and the necklace is GORGEOUS! However! The writing is blurry and really hard to read, I got another one from the same seller and it was a very very big difference. If you have a hard time seeing (like me) then I’d recommend against this specific one (I got purple) I’d recommend getting the red one. Much easier to read, I’m really not sure why they were so different? ETA: I was messaged by the seller and offered a refund for the items, which was extremely kind of them to even offer a refund. If you’re going to get one of these necklaces definitely go through them, they obviously strive for the best and the happiness of their customers.

The item in person is exactly as shown in the photos. The box has the same size and angles and shape; the clear cover has the same number of facets and is firmly attached (I tried to pull it off, just to test its strength, and was not able to - i didn't pull crazy hard, but I'm certain it won't ever just fall off); the heart knob is raised, the drawer pulls out very easily, and the foam insert has cutouts for a ring, a pair of earrings, and a necklace. The gold gilding around the edge of the heart, and on the knob, is even and flawless. It's slightly ironic, but the foam doesn't come out, so you can't actually put the necklace that's included through the foam, and present it nicely. But a ring or earrings would be perfectly fine. The included necklace comes in a small zip lock bag, inside the drawer, but not inside the foam. I can't know for sure if the rose is truly real, but it's surrounded by flowers that are definitely artificial, and you can certainly see that the rose petals are more rich and lush by comparison. And either way, the arrangement is undeniably gorgeous to look upon. The necklace looks like the photos, and does have the "I love you" text in multiple languages, inside the orb. The text is legible even by looking with the naked eye. I personally like the box much more than the necklace. There's nothing wrong with the necklace, but it's obviously costume jewelry, and looks cheap because it is. It's similar to the quality of "best friend" necklaces for teen girls. It may not meet the expected quality of a special gift for your significant other. But given the price point, I expected this, and was not disappointed by it - I'm mentioning it only for the sake of being thorough. The box, on the other hand, is made with quality and care in every aspect. It wows you and takes your breath away. The design is beautiful and luxurious, and the materials and production are great quality. It is something the recipient will proudly and fondly display. For the price point, I think it's an absolute steal. (As an aside, I think this would make an incredibly unique and memorable engagement ring box.) I bought multiple (as appreciation gifts to a group of people), and each one came with a "QC pass" sticker on the bottom. The stickers were in different positions and orientations, which means it's likely a real person who inspected them, not just mass applied by a machine. Each purchase also came with its own thick cardstock gift bag, and a nice looking greeting card that said (paraphrased) "I love you, you love me, and together is the best place we can be". So it includes everything you need to complete the gift. I was more than satisfied by this product, and I would recommend it to absolutely everyone who's considering buying.
