Incorrect faulty
Unfortunately the diaphragm is too big to fit and I do not know how to return this item. I need 3M littmann master classic 2 Today is the first day that I tried to apply to the diaphragm but this one does not fit into the diaphragm of the stethoscope . This one is oblong and not round.
