The Springfield Armory AOS Agency Optic Plate is a top-notch upgrade for my pistol. The machining is precise, and it installed seamlessly with zero wobble or fitment issues. Solid lockup and maintains a low profile—exactly what I needed for my red dot. The only Issue I had is you do need to apply red loctite so it doesnt come loose. Since then it hasnt moved or shifted after hundreds of rounds! Recommend

It is a good optic plate & system. Came with a little bit of finsh scratches like it's been made for 3years just sitting in the plastic packaging bag was kind of worn looking, more than the 3yr old Hex Wasp plate that came on my Springfield Prodigy & the rear sight isn't centered, but is easy to adjust & has nothing to do with the seller. Just Typical SPRINGFIELD ARMORY QC PROBLEMS! Fits as it should with new Holosun 507 Comp. Only time will tell if it comes loose like the Hex Wasp GARBAGE OPTIC that came on the Prodigy when I didn't know any better)! A lot of people experience the optic coming loose or others have the actual plate come loose from the slide after 300 to 500rds. So far so good & the AOS RMR foot print plate came with shorter screws than my factory Wasp plate came with back in 2021. Looks like they corrected the screw length so they aren't hitting the extractor on right side of slide anymore. Do Not I repeat do not get this plate if it is for a 1911 Prodigy. AGAIN do not. Get this for a prodigy DS 1911. First one sent did not fit. Did some research and found pages of people having the same issue. Requested a replacement. Was sent the next day. The plate didn’t fit either. I had to force it on and than the optic didn’t fit correctly. I got the plate and sight based off what Springfield recommending on their site. I was able to get plate and sight on with FORCE to be honest I don’t trust using this now. Save yourself time I did the research. If you are trying to put this plate on a Prodigy DS 1911. IT WILL NOT FIT
