This a great product
This great, use it with the mineral toothpaste and it removes plaque. However, do not buy it from Amazon, they don’t store it properly. I ordered it twice and they arrived solid and had to returned.

Do not like the taste
Nothing wrong with the oil...I simply didn't like the taste at all. I normally use ordinary organic coconut oil, and reverted to it very quickly.

Good.
Pleased with this purchase. Because of it being a little time consuming, I am only using this around every other day but it does leave my mouth feeling much cleaner and teeth appear slightly whiter after use.

Good quality product
The item was delivered literally the next day. U used it straight away and use it once a day for 10-1 5min. After the second day I instantly noticed a difference. The only thing I can say is that you don't get a lot of it. It will literally last me and my partner probably about a week! Also there is no guidance if when to use it I.e before or after brushing your teeth. Good quality product. At first the texture feels a bit strange but by the second use you know what to expect. Highly recommend this product if you don't mind giving up 10-15 min silence to swish it around your mouth!

I use it daily.
Keeps your gums fresh, healthy and pain free. A bonus is my teeth are whiter which I had not expected. You have to persevere with pulling oil, use a tiny amount before you eat anything in the morning, start with swirling for 5 minutes and build up to swilling for 20 minutes, once you get the hang of it you will be glad you persevered. I still use a mouth wash after I've cleaned my teeth after breakfast but it a purchased salt wash with coconut, I will never go back to conventional mouth washes. My gum in one spot was always hurting before this and it was my dentist who actually suggested pulling oil.
