I add protein powder (tasteless) liquid minerals (also tasteless) and ground cinnamon, all from Amazon. Plus real vanilla extract and heavy cream from the supermarket. I use an old mayonnaise jar because the lid screws on tight. Put the recommended amount of protein powder in the jar, add 1/4 to 1/3 of a teaspoon of cinnamon and mix well - If you try to add the cinnamon after you've put in any of the liquid, it won't blend in. Pour in the Ensure. Then I add two Tbs of the liquid minerals - be sure to shake that bottle really well first - then the vanilla, 1/4 to 1/3 tsp. Shake it all up in the jar, and be sure the lid is on tight! Lastly, and this is optional, two Tbs heavy cream. Shake again. I drink it out of a frosty mug (also from Amazon). It's really tasty and all the ingredients are healthy, with the possible exception of the heavy cream. The only ingredients that have calories are the Ensure and the optional cream. ENJOY!
