Fybogel Lemon (Natural Fibre Drink 30 Sachets)

I’ve used this before and it works. The lemon tastes better - in my opinion. Worth a try.

This is the number 1 fiber supplement for me i use it daily when i am missing my fiber intake and it is not harmfull taste amazing and it works straight away because it pulls the water into your bowels make them move and magic happens :)

I've always used it as ut is gentle and dies the job sighiut turning hour stomach inside out! My preference is definitely for Lemon flavour

I’ve been taking Fybogel Orange sachets for several years now, and they’ve become an important part of my daily routine. The main reason I use them is to help with my digestion and to keep my stools softer.
