Amazon Essentials Engraved Four-Picture Heart Locket, 20", (previously Amazon Collection)

Purchase 6 years ago for my elderly relative’s birthday. She rarely took it off. The locket has survived amazingly well with minimal signs of wear. There is a small spot on the back where plating wore due to nearly constant contact. No tarnish found. It has been a great value for the money in my opinion.Locket should be removed before showering to protect pictures as it is not waterproof.The Hawaiian silver 24” gold plated chain purchased to replace the 20” included with locket purchase has also held up amazingly well.

I wasn't sure what to expect when ordering this locket since hitorical reviews were mixed. It didn't come int he velvet bag, as advertised, but it did come packaged nicley in a box. The directions tell you to use the "template" to cut out your photo shapes. no template was included.That being said, the locket itself was beautiful (pretier than expected), it was functional and I was able to get the photos into it with a little work. I used OddPrint to order my photos using the advertised locket dimensions. It worked OK but I should've ordered them a little smaller, I think. The center photos were difficult to place (two pictures plus two plastic covers didn't want to fit). I had to use a pin to make the gap a little wider, get the photos in, then pinch it again.

I bought this locket for my girlfriend despite some of the low reviews about it coming in scratched. There was a protective plastic cover over the locket and it arrived in pristine condition. It does look like the locket scratches easily around the center, so you have to be careful with it. The locket for me came with instructions on how to attach a picture inside. My only complaint is that the chain appears to be thinly made, almost feels like cheap plastic, but that can be solved easily by buying a higher quality chain online. Overall the locket is very beautiful and I don't regret buying it.

I purchased this pendant for my soon to be graduating daughter. She wanted some cheap pendant, but I decided to get her a better one.The chain doesn't feel cheap, but most likely, I'll upgrade to a thicker chain for her. I had her name engraved in the front and a quote on the back of the locket, as the quote(5 words) would be to small to read if they did it all up front.This opens up and you can store 4 pictures. 1 on either side and center piece which you can put pictures on each side of it as well, which makes the locket a little thicker than a normal one, but you really can't tell unless you hold it.My daughter is loving her locket, and that's all I care about:).

I was a little worried buying this necklace, I’m telling you for the money it’s really quality, locket is perfect size.. love it!

I ordered this locket for my 8 yr old niece at Christmas. It holds 4 pictures. It was very nice wrapped in plastic with No Scratches. I didn’t like the chain it was a little thin and ugly for my taste. I printed pictures off my home computer onto picture quality paper. The pictures slid in very easily. And you can see who the pictures were of. The locket is the size of a US quarter. Overall it was picture perfect.

Was looking for something a little special for one of my grand daughter's when I came across this heart. I was expecting something somewhat cheap, but found nothing but a quality product with not one, but four photo frames. Have no problem recommending this product to people wanting this necklace and pendant as a gift for someone special.
