This product is worthless. Don't waste your money on it. Took it for a month and no positive results.

I've been taking this for a week now and its been helping with the hot flashes and weight I'm 53 and in menopause due to an early complete hysterectomy at 31. I suffer with hot flashes, total weight gain, puffiness bloating and everything else that comes with menopause ugh 😑. Just since I've been on this one week I have seen a few changes in hot flashes and a Lil weight loss and bloating. I would recommend this stuff and just give it a while for it to work. it may take sometime for others but for me its already a game changer. 🙌

Really didn't notice a difference

Definitely helps with bloating, hot flashes and night sweats. No stomach upset.

I only took 2 pills and the stomach cramps were unbearable. I stopped taking them and tossed the remaining pills.
