Simple to use, very stretchy yet supportive. I've had prior wrist injuries so these felt like a must have for myself. I use them for heavy squats, bench, rows, (even curls when I try to go on the heavier end of my limits) and these wraps really give me the peace of mind that I won't have to stop lifting for months on end due to injury.

Benching heavy and having wrist pain? LIFE SAVIOR RIGHT HERE! I had my wrists hurting but I cant stop going to the gym because that is my free therapy.
