**Q: I received the suitcase and it is locked! What is the code to open the lock?**
A: Mine arrived locked too, I tried everything to open. Eventually after starting at 000, 629 tries at the combination later it finally popped open. That took about 25 minutes. Good luck!

**Q: What is the empty case weight?**
A: The 28” is advertised as 9.5lbs. Mine just arrived and it weighs 10.1lbs on my luggage scale.

**Q: Will the 28” spinner be a problem while checking in the bag with American Airlines? They say the checked bag should be 62” and this is 65”**
A: I got the 24 inch and measured it and found out that the dimensions here on Amazon as well as on the Samsonite website isn't accurate. The 24 inches was supposed to be 60.9 linear inches according to Samsonite website, but I measured it and it was just 57.5 inches. When expanded, it was 59 inches. So I returned it and now thinking if I should just get the 28 inches.

**Q: How I unlock it if forgot password??**
A: Only issue with suitcase was no instructions on setting combo. BUT called Samsonite and were so helpful. Use a pen tip to push in the lil divot inbetween dials and lock. Reset. Push lock to the combo and pop, unlocked

I got it for a ridiculously low price so I have no complaints except for the fact that the warranty is only 3 years. Either way, it’s a great suitcase.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Disappointed and too Large

I initially bought the smaller suitcase, but returned it because it was too small. I bought this one instead, which was much roomier, but perhaps TOO large. It is very easy to overpack and go over the 50 pound limit the airlines restrict us to. The suitcase rolls effortlessly, but it honestly seems very cheaply made and I am not happy with the purchase. I will keep it for storage, but won’t be taking it on any vacations. It requires a lot of space to open, and in small European hotel rooms, there was no place to easily keep it. This was my first hard-side suitcase, and I definitely prefer the soft-side suitcases with outside pockets. Sorry folks, not recommended.
