I started taking this product three days ago and I was very skeptic. Hello , I am 74 years old and as I have been getting older , my energy level , sleep quality and good mood has started to decline . I have been drinking energy drinks and sleep aid pills .The drinks help but then there is the crash afterwards and the sleep aid pills are habit forming . I saw the article on nad on Fox and decided to do my research and liked what I read . So , I started taking this and my sleep has improved as well as my energy and my good moods have returned . I only take 1 each day . Can't say about the anti aging part because its too early . No more energy drinks and no more sleep aids has made me a believer for this product .
