Works like a dream
Looks like a dream! I take two of these every night fall gently to sleep immediately after it helps with insomnia, and I find myself laying there for hours just trying to get into sleep. These are becoming and necessary routine in my life.

Good product
I get ocular migraines and this product helps stop it quickly. It is also calming and so I sometimes take it before I go to sleep. I have never had digestive issues with it as some magnesium forms can do. Bonus, it tastes great too!

Taste is good. They did help my sleep. The mag citrate was too hard on my stomach so I could only take 1 vs recommended 2.

Pretty sure these do not contain the advertised magnesium - and potentially none at all
Ordered these twice, happy to have found a magnesium that tasted so good and gave me zero digestive symptoms even at such a high dose. Started to feel weird about it after comparing them to other trusted supplement brands. Comparing the amount of pure magnesium powder that would have to be contained in one of these gummies was very eye opening - there’s no way one of these tiny gummies could contain that. And definitely no way they could both contain that amount of magnesium and NOT have a magnesium taste. Magnesium supplements have a flavor. Anyway. Didn’t feel any different with these gummies - even at super high doses. Then experimented with legit brands like Seeking Health or Pure Encapsulations - and felt a huge difference - even at way lower doses. I definitely feel scammed. And these are not returnable. Be careful out there - random Amazon supplement brands have a bad reputation. Definitely only buying straight from trusted companies websites in the future.

Good tasting magnesium
Good tasting product, grape flavor. I like the type of magnesium in these gummies. Sometimes capsules are difficult for me to swallow - this is an alternative. I also use magnesium spray/balm
